Warehouse Assistant -Forklift Driver Afternoon Shift

An opportunity has become available to support our Warehouse operations following the retirement of one of our valued long-term team members. True Foods is now seeking a Warehouse Assistant / Forklift Driver (Afternoon Shift). This hands‑on role will see you relied on for managing incoming and outgoing stock, picking orders ready for dispatch, maintaining a clean and organised warehouse area, and ensuring systems and paperwork are kept accurate.

Hours

Full Time

Monday - Friday 12:30pm -8:36pm

Afternoon Shift - great if you prefer to have your mornings free and after a consistent weekday routine

Key Responsibilities:

Manage incoming and outgoing stock

Pick orders ready for dispatch

Load trucks and assist with warehouse movements

Operate a forklift safely and efficiently

Use warehouse systems including Microsoft Dynamics to process stock movements

Operate RF/RFID scanners for picking, receipting and dispatch activities

What you'll need to be considered for this position:

Current Forklift license and previous forklift experience

Previous experience in a similar role of Warehouse Assistant/Forklift Driver

Experience using ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or similar)

High attention to detail and a strong quality focus

Ability to work well within a team and follow instructions





Flexibility to work additional hours as required to meet business demands at times
