Modena Engineering is a small engineering company based in Carrum Downs, specialising in the manufacture of components for the motor racing industry, both locally and worldwide. Our main focus is on transmission and driveline design and development.

An opportunity exists for an experienced, self-motivated individual to join our team.

A typical day will consist of:

- Interpreting technical drawings
- Programming - editing existing or writing new NC programs
- Operating CNC Lathes
- Liaising and cooperating with different departments

To be considered for this role, applicants will:

- Experience machining a wide variety of materials
- Knowledge and experience using CAD/CAM software (required)
- Have the ability to interpret engineering drawings




- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Possess a sense of humour

The successful applicant will also possess a high level of attention to detail as the position requires manufacturing of one-off prototypes to small production runs and everything in between.

All Applicants must currently hold Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency.
