The Customer Service Officer is responsible for delivering high-quality customer support, ensuring timely resolution of enquiries, and maintaining strong relationships with Pneutech customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email
- Process orders, quotes,



and information requests accurately and in a timely manner
- Coordinate with internal teams for order fulfilment and technical support
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
- Support continuous improvement in customer service processes

Key Skills & Experience

- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and organisational ability
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Ability to multitask and prioritise in a quick-paced environment
