Training, Development & E-Learning Lead (Open to All Levels)

We're looking for a progressive, creative and people-focused Training, Development & E-Learning Lead to drive learning, capability development and digital training initiatives across the firm.

This is a unique opportunity for someone who combines learning and development expertise with technical, creative and people-focused skills. You'll help design and deliver training programs, build engaging e-learning content, create videos and learning resources, and support professional development across the organisation.

Most importantly, we're looking for the right person. We're open to full-time or part-time arrangements, as well as hybrid working, for someone who will be a great fit for our culture and team.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead training, development and e-learning initiatives across the firm.

- Design and deliver engaging learning programs and professional development opportunities.

- Create and maintain e-learning modules through Employment Hero Learning and other platforms.

- Produce training videos, digital learning resources and educational content.

- Apply adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies to learning programs.

- Partner with leaders and subject matter experts to identify learning needs and capability gaps.

- Support onboarding, compliance training and career development initiatives.

- Measure and improve learning outcomes, engagement and participation.

- Promote a culture of continuous learning and development across the firm.

- Screen & Media Production

- Animation or Motion Graphics

- Digital Content Creation

You might be an experienced L&D; professional, an HR practitioner with a passion for capability development, a digital content creator interested in education and training, or someone with technical expertise who enjoys helping others learn and grow.

Ideally You'll Bring

- Experience in Learning & Development, training, education or capability building.

- An understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design and effective learning methodologies.

- Experience creating training materials, e-learning modules or digital learning content.

- Robust video editing, content creation or multimedia skills.

- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Employment Hero Learning or similar platforms.

- Solid communication, stakeholder engagement and project management skills.

- A creative, innovative and solutions-focused mindset.

- A genuine passion for helping people learn, develop and perform at their best.

- An interest in social justice and contributing to a purpose-driven organisation.

Highly Regarded

- Experience within HR or People & Culture teams.

- Exposure to onboarding, employee engagement, performance and development frameworks.

- Experience with payroll, HR systems, reporting or process improvement initiatives.

- Experience producing qualified video, animation or digital communications content.

- Experience in professional services, legal, accounting or corporate environments.
