The Opportunity

We're looking for a motivated Transactional Services Support Officer to join our Head Office team in Tuncurry. This role has been established to provide backfill support within the Transactional Services Team during a major business systems implementation project.

Working closely with the Transactional Services Manager and Senior Accounts Receivable Officer, the role will provide broad support across Accounts Receivable and Transactional Services activities, helping to ensure critical finance operations continue to run effectively throughout the project period.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced finance or administration professional who enjoys working in a dynamic setting, managing varied responsibilities, and contributing to business improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide Accounts Receivable and debt management support, including collections, aged debtor reviews, monitoring high-risk accounts, debt recovery actions,



and write-off recommendations.
- Assist with complex debtor account reconciliations
- Assist with month-end processing, reporting, and consolidated invoice creation
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and creation
- Work collaboratively across the Transactional Services team to ensure critical business functions continue to operate effectively throughout the 12-month project period.
