About Us:

Amaranta Grill & Bar is a premium dining venue in Hobart’s CBD, stylish atmosphere, and exceptional guest experience. We’re now expanding into breakfast and café service and are looking for an enthusiastic Café All-Rounder / Barista to join our front-of-house team.

About the Role:

We’re seeking a confident, friendly, and reliable team member who can handle both barista duties and front-of-house service. You’ll play an important role in creating a warm, welcoming environment for our guests while delivering excellent coffee and efficient table service.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare high-quality espresso coffee and other beverages





Take orders, serve food and drinks, and handle POS transactions

Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the café area

Provide friendly and professional customer service

Support the front-of-house and kitchen team as needed

What We’re Looking For:

Previous barista experience and a good understanding of coffee preparation

Minimum 1 year experience in a café or restaurant environment

Excellent communication and multitasking skills

A positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic

Availability for morning and daytime shifts (including weekends)
