About the role

The Production Team Leader works to oversee and support employee's living with disability. This role ensures that the work is undertaken in a safe, rewarding environment and that production output meets set resourcing and productivity forecasts as well as quality, safety and regulatory requirements.

The position works broadly across the Australian Disability Enterprises (ADE) and closely with the Senior Production Supervisor and Employee Relations Coordinator to ensure production targets are met and supported employees NDIS goals are achieved and maintained.





Ideally we are looking for someone with lived experience, a positive work ethic, passionate about making a difference, high level of attention to detail and an understanding of work health safety. Experience in production or warehousing is not essential as training will be provided.

Skills and experience

- Excellent interpersonal skills, a genuine team player who will contribute to the team
- NDIS Worker Screening check or willingness to obtain
- Able to stand for long periods of time
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment
- Relevant qualification and or experience in similar industry
- A working knowledge of the supported employment environment in a production setting.
- Valuable understanding of service techniques; measures, weighs, blends and mixes various foods; coverts and adjust recipes
