We are seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a busy warehouse facility. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for ensuring warehouse operations are safe, efficient, and customer-focused while maintaining high standards of inventory accuracy and team performance.

You will lead a small warehouse team, oversee inventory management, coordinate inbound and outbound freight, and work closely with sales, customer service and operations to ensure products are delivered on time and in full.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise daily warehouse operations.

- Manage the receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch of goods.

- Maintain accurate inventory through regular cycle counts and stock control processes.

- Ensure customer orders are processed accurately and dispatched on time.

- Coordinate local, interstate and international freight bookings.

- Develop and improve warehouse systems, processes and efficiencies.

- Maintain a clean, organised and safe warehouse environment.

- Ensure compliance with Workplace Health and Safety requirements.

- Manage warehouse equipment, maintenance and facility upkeep.

- Train, mentor and develop warehouse staff.

- Work collaboratively with internal departments to deliver outstanding customer service.

- Assist with warehouse planning and inventory forecasting.





- Assist with other tasks as required.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Previous experience managing a warehouse or distribution centre.

- Strong leadership and people management skills.

- Excellent organisational and time management abilities.

- High attention to detail with strong inventory management skills.

- Ability to prioritise work in a quick-paced environment.

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

- Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

- A current forklift licence (highly desirable).
