Monday to Friday with occasional travel and weekend work when required for major client programs

What success looks like in your first 90 days

- You'll confidently complete routine maintenance and repair works across a variety of client sites.

- You'll build trusted relationships with customers through professional communication and reliable service delivery.

- You'll understand our maintenance systems, reporting processes and safety standards.

- You'll identify issues proactively and recommend practical solutions.

- You'll become a valued contributor to a growing Victorian maintenance team.

What you'll be doing

- Perform routine synthetic turf maintenance across sporting, education, commercial and community facilities

- Complete repair works including seam repairs, line repairs, infill replenishment and surface rectification

- Conduct site inspections and identify maintenance requirements

- Operate specialised maintenance equipment and tools

- Maintain accurate service records and reporting documentation

- Communicate professionally with clients and site representatives

- Recommend solutions that improve surface performance and longevity

- Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with company HSEQ standards





- Support continuous improvement initiatives across maintenance operations

- Assist with major maintenance programs and occasional weekend works when required to meet client schedules

What we need from you Non-negotiables

- Current Australian Driver's Licence

- Robust commitment to safety and quality workmanship

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Ability to work independently and take ownership of your work

- Physically capable of performing hands‑on outdoor work

- Reliable, organised and professional approach

Nice to have

- Experience in synthetic turf installation, maintenance or repairs

- Landscaping, turf management, grounds maintenance or construction experience

- Sports field maintenance experience

- Machinery operation experience

- White Card

- Relevant trade or industry qualifications

- Experience working with schools, councils or sporting facilities
