What you'll do

- Design, develop, and maintain robust web applications that provide a seamless user experience across various devices and platforms.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Implement responsive user interfaces using modern front-end frameworks such as React or Angular, ensuring high performance and accessibility.
- Build and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices to support the functionality of our applications.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and performance issues, ensuring high availability and reliability of applications.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously enhance the development process and product offerings.
- Participate in Agile development practices, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, to ensure timely delivery of features.
- Mentor junior engineers, sharing your expertise and helping them grow their technical skills.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to streamline deployment processes and enhance CI/CD pipelines.




- Document technical specifications, architecture designs, and development processes for future reference and knowledge sharing.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and iterate on product features based on user needs and market demands.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in full stack development, with a strong focus on both front-end and back-end technologies.
- Proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js) and experience with server-side languages such as Node.js, Python, or Ruby.
- Solid understanding of database technologies, including SQL and NoSQL databases, and experience with data modeling and optimization.
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

- Experience with mobile application development (iOS or Android) is a plus.
- Knowledge of GraphQL and its implementation in web applications.
- Familiarity with automated testing frameworks and practices, including unit testing and integration testing.
- Previous experience working in a startup or fast-growing technology company.
- Understanding of UX/UI design principles and best practices.
