About the Role

We’reseeking diligent and safety-conscious individuals to join our grainhandling team at Dooen. Your primary focus will be on qualitycontrol — sorting, inspecting, and managing grain quality usingmodern testing equipment and computer systems. You’ll work closelywith customers and site staff to ensure accurate documentation andseamless operations.

Thisposition is perfect for those who are detail-oriented, comfortablewith technology, and excel at working efficiently under pressure.You’ll contribute to maintaining Bunge reputation for quality andreliability in grain handling and export. You’ll also work closelywith site staff and play a key role in grain movement, storage, andexport readiness.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform grainclassification duties, including sorting, sampling, testing,and inspecting grain to ensure it meets qualitystandards.
- Maintain accuraterecords and use computer systems to document grain quality andmovement.
- Deliver excellentcustomer service by communicating clearly and professionallywith clients and team members.
- Monitor grainstorage conditions to prevent qualitydeterioration.




- Support rail androad transport operations through coordination and timely outturning activities.
- Adhere to all safetyprotocols and promote a culture of safe workpractices.
- Workcollaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multipletasks under pressure.
- Assist with trainingseasonal staff on grain quality processes and site proceduresas needed.
- Assist with othertasks across the group as directed.

About You

- Strong attention todetail and commitment to maintaining quality.
- Comfortable usingsystems and software applications for data entry andreporting.
- A“can do” attitude paired with excellent interpersonal andcustomer service skills.
- Ability to workefficiently in a fast-paced, sometimes high-pressureenvironment.
