Chef / Cook – Part-Time, with Full-Time Potential

Golden Hills Brewery in Diamond Creek is looking for a part time or full time chef to join the team.

We're currently looking for passionate and motivated Cooks/Chefs to join our kitchen team on a part-time basis, with the potential for full-time opportunities for the right candidate.

The Role

We're seeking a skilled and driven Chef with strong technical cooking skills, creativity, and the ability to thrive in a quick-paced kitchen.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook a wide variety of dishes including grills, pizzas, burgers, share plates, and seasonal specials
- Run key kitchen sections such as grill, fryers, and pass
- Maintain high standards in food hygiene, presentation, and portion control
- Contribute to menu development and implementation of seasonal specials
- Manage stock levels including ordering, receiving, rotation, and stocktakes
- Ensure compliance with OH&S; and food safety standards

Skills & Experience





- Certificate III/IV in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)
- At least 2–3 years' experience in a busy commercial kitchen
- Strong skills across grill, fryer, and pizza sections
- Ability to work well under pressure with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
