Health and Community Services (HCS) is seeking a skilled Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our multidisciplinary team in Thomastown, VIC. You will work with NDIS participants to improve quality of life using evidence-based, person-centred approaches.
Develop and implement Positive Behaviour Support Plans, conduct FBAs, and provide training and coaching to families and support workers. You will collaborate with OT, psychology, nurses and coordinators to ensure high-quality service delivery
