About the Role:

As Food & Beverage Supervisor, you'll oversee the shift operations of our Tempo Kitchen & Bar team; ensuring seamless service and a memorable guest experience.

Your duties will include:

- Lead and support a dynamic food & beverage team during each designated service
- Deliver engaging, warm and professional service to all guests and patrons
- Assist with staff training, mentoring and onboarding
- Support rostering, stock control and opening/ closing procedures





About You:

You're an energetic, hands-on leader that thrive in a team environment. Your skills and experience will include:

- Previous hotel restaurant or supervisory experience
- Strong people and communication skills
- Proactive and solutions-based mindset
- Flexibility to work across rotating roster with a current RSA
