We're looking for confident communicators to join our sales & enrolments team at Alpha One Coaching College, Sydney's leading small-class tutoring centre. If you enjoy phone-based work, take pride in excellent customer service, and are driven by performance, this is the role for you.

Sales & Enrolment Representative

As a Sales & Enrolment Representative, you’ll:

- Call parents who've enquired about our tutoring programs

- Book students into free trial classes

- Follow up with leads and send confirmations

- Support families with re-enrolment or retention calls

- Maintain enrolment records in our internal system

Your work directly helps students get the exam preparation they need.

What You’ll Get

- $27/hr base rate (plus weekend loading rates if applicable), plus performance bonuses up to $200/day

- 2–3 weekday/weekend shifts (Mon–Fri, 9:30am–5:30pm/Sat-Sun, 11:30am-7:30pm)

About You

You're a good fit if you:

- Are confident and warm on the phone

- Must have Australian citizenship or permanent residency

Experience in sales, customer service or education is welcome – but not required.
