Full-Time / Part-Time Pharmacy Assistant

What you'll be doing
- Providing friendly and professional customer service at the pharmacy counter, responding to customer enquiries and concerns
- Maintaining stock levels, ordering supplies, and conducting regular stock takes as required
- Performing administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping in accordance with pharmacy standards
- Assisting with the organisation and presentation of products on pharmacy shelves
- Supporting health promotion activities and customer education initiatives
- Complying with all relevant pharmacy legislation, regulations, and company policies
- Working collaboratively with the pharmacy team to provide a high standard of service
What we’re looking for
- A Pharmacy Assistant qualification (such as S2/S3 certificate)
- A minimum of 5 years of pharmacy experience is required to demonstrate comprehensive understanding of pharmaceutical operations and customer service excellence
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy,
particularly when handling medications and processing prescriptions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and team members
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards of work
- A willingness to learn and develop within the pharmacy environment
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with pharmacy software systems
- An understanding of patient confidentiality and ability to maintain qualified standards at all times
- Fluency in Greek would be highly valued
- Valid Australian work rights are required, including any valid work visa or appropriate work authorisation

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Certificate II and III in Community Pharmacy
- Knowledge of pharmacy products
