The Role

You will gain hands-on experience across all aspects of portfolio management, including:

- Assisting with the day-to-day management of a property portfolio

- Conducting condition reports, routine inspections and final inspections

- Communicating professionally with renters and rental providers





- Providing high-quality customer service and administrative support

- Supporting operational processes within the property management team

About You

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

- A current Agent’s Representative Certificate (essential)

- Current driver’s licence

- Some exposure to real estate or property management

- Robust communication skills and attention to detail

- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn

- A genuine interest in building a long-term career in property management
