Quality Energy is looking for a dedicated Electrical Fitter & Factory Manager to join our growing manufacturing team in Moorabbin, Victoria.

About the Role

This is a dual hands-on and leadership role. You'll be building product yourself while also managing the factory's day-to-day operations, including:

- Low-voltage Power Factor Correction (PFC) systems
- Active Harmonic Filters (AHF) and Static Var Generators (SVG)
- Wiring and mechanical assembly based on detailed electrical schematics
- Copper busbar fabrication and layout

Factory management:





- Organising and overseeing daily factory operations
- Coordinating and supervising production staff
- Managing stock levels and ordering materials
- Planning and meeting production schedules
- Driving continuous improvement across the factory floor

Note: Specific product training will be provided – prior experience with PFC, AHF or SVG systems is not required.

What We're Looking For

- Previous experience in electrical switchboard building or similar fitting roles
- Previous experience supervising or managing a small team, ideally in a manufacturing or factory setting
- Confident using hand and power tools
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to plan production workflow
- High attention to detail and strong work ethic
- Team player with a proactive, hands-on leadership style
- Current driver's licence and reliable transport
