What you will be doing

As a Cleaner with Suncare, you'll help create clean, safe and welcoming spaces for our customers, team members and community.



Your work will help make every visit feel comfortable, supported and inviting.

This is a Permanent Part-Time position, working 15 hours per week (3 hours per day, Monday to Friday). Shifts for this role are 6:00am–9:00am.

You’ll work between our Maroochydore Homemaker Centre - helping maintain our offices, meeting rooms, kitchen and conference spaces, and our Suncare Community Centre in Cotton Tree, which includes activity spaces, clinic rooms, a gym, offices and community facilities.

Your day might include:

- Cleaning offices, meeting rooms, kitchens, activity spaces, amenities and common areas
- Vacuuming, mopping, dusting and sanitising surfaces
- Refilling and restocking cleaning supplies, consumables and toiletries
- Maintaining cleaning equipment and ensuring it is used safely and effectively
- Monitoring stock levels and advising when supplies need replenishment
- Reporting hazards, maintenance issues or concerns promptly
- Keeping your skills up to date through training and following workplace health and safety procedures

You'll thrive in this role if you

- Take pride in maintaining clean, safe and welcoming environments
- Have previous experience in a commercial, office, community or similar cleaning role
- Can work independently and manage your time effectively
- Have knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safe handling, storage and disposal practices
- Are confident using cleaning equipment and machinery




- Have strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards
- Are physically fit and comfortable performing repetitive manual tasks including walking, bending, lifting, pushing and pulling
- Have (or are happy to get) a National Criminal History Check
