Our client, Elite Glass Solutions, is seeking an experienced Finance Manager / Company Accountant to take ownership of the end-to-end finance function for a successful and well-established business supplying premium glass, glazing products and hardware to the commercial and residential construction industry.

Reporting directly to the Directors, this is a rare opportunity to step into a highly visible role where you will combine hands-on financial management with commercial support, business reporting and continuous improvement initiatives. The business is financially stable, operationally mature and offers a supportive environment where your contribution will be recognised and valued.

About the Role

This is a broad and autonomous position suited to a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys being close to the operation and making a tangible impact. You will become the key point of contact for all finance-related matters, overseeing everything from payroll, accounts payable and receivable through to financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and compliance.

Working closely with the Directors, you will provide timely financial insights, support business decision-making and ensure the finance function continues to operate efficiently as the business grows. With established systems and processes already in place, the focus is on maintaining high standards, improving reporting and delivering accurate financial information when it matters most.

Key responsibilities include:

- Lead and manage the day-to-day finance and accounting function
- Manage Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll
- Prepare accurate monthly management reports, financial statements and business performance analysis
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, cashflow management and working capital planning
- Ensure compliance with BAS, GST, taxation,



payroll and statutory obligations while liaising with external accountants and advisors
- Develop and improve financial systems, controls, reporting processes and overall business efficiency
- Provide commercial analysis, strategic financial advice and decision-making support to the Directors

About You

- CPA or CA qualified, or close to completion
- Previous experience in a Finance Manager, Company Accountant, Senior Accountant or similar position
- Strong capability across financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and compliance
- Comfortable managing both strategic and hands-on accounting responsibilities
- Experience within manufacturing, wholesale distribution, construction, building products or another product-based environment will be highly regarded
- Strong commercial acumen, communication skills and attention to detail
- A practical, resilient and approachable qualified who will thrive within a family-business environment
