Clark Equipment is seeking a motivated Warehouse Team Leader to support the smooth operation of our busy Hornsby warehouse, in a team environment where people make a real difference every day.

About the role

- Work as part of the Hornsby warehouse team supporting smooth day-to-day operations
- Coordinate shipping and receiving, from parcels through to full container loads (FCL), and manage stock movement across a busy multi-function site
- Oversee order fulfilment, inventory accuracy and general warehouse workflow
- Work with internal stakeholders to meet operational needs and solve day-to-day challenges
- Maintain a clean, organised and safety-focused warehouse environment

What we’re looking for





- Experience in a dynamic warehouse environment
- Ability to guide and motivate a team
- High attention to detail and a strong commitment to meeting objectives
- Current forklift licence (LF essential; OP licence highly regarded)
- Experience using inventory management systems
- Strong communication and organisational skills
