The Duty Manager supports daily FOH and bar operations, ensuring service flow, staff performance, and compliance. They lead shifts in the absence of senior managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead FOH and bar during shifts, maintaining service pace.
- Handle guest issues and escalations with care.
- Support bar operations: stock, training, and wastage control.
- Complete cash-ups, reconciliations, and End of Shift reports.
- Ensure compliance: RSA, WHS, food safety.
- Provide coaching and support to staff in real time.
About You
- Confident leading service and handling guest issues.
- Knowledge of FOH and bar operations.
- Organised, reliable, and detail-oriented, robust communicator with a positive, team-first attitude.
