Mercy Community is seeking a Lifestyle Coordinator to join our Residential Aged Care team in Nudgee on a Permanent Full time basis.
The role provides lifestyle services to residents to maintain independence and engagement, across a multi-building facility with landscaped grounds.
Reporting to the Leisure & Lifestyle Lead, you will assess needs, develop person-centred care plans, lead activities, and collaborate with families and staff to enhance residents' wellbeing.
