Hiring: Experienced Brow and Lash Technician, must know how to perform lash extensions.

Maison Montclair is a high end beauty studio dedicated to refined aesthetics, precision craftsmanship, and an elevated client experience. We are seeking a skilled, detail-oriented Lash & Brow Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities

- Lash Extensions: Apply Classic, Hybrid, and Volume sets with immaculate isolation, styling, and safety.
- Lash Lift and Tint: Be able to perform lash lift procedures with high attention to detail.
- Brow Architecture: Execute precision mapping, shaping, tinting/hybrid dye, and lamination tailored to face structure.
- Consultation & Aftercare:



Provide personalised client consultations and clear aftercare guidance to maintain natural hair health.
- Studio Standards: Maintain impeccable hygiene, workplace safety, and client care.

Requirements

- Certified in Lash Extensions (Classic & Volume) and Brow Styling/Lamination.
- Proven track record with a portfolio demonstrating clean, high-quality work.
- Exceptional poise, warm communication, and skilled client care.
- Commitment to precision, hygiene, and staying current with industry trends.
