Part time Associate Dentist | Busy, Growing Family Practice | Yarrabilba

Our books are full and growing — and we need another quality dentist to look after our patients.

Bilby Dental is a modern, well-established practice in the heart of Yarrabilba, one of South-East Queensland's fastest-growing family communities. Our patient base is expanding steadily, and this role has opened purely because demand is outpacing our current chair time. In other words: you'll walk into busy books, not build them from scratch.

We're looking for an experienced Associate Dentist who genuinely enjoys clinical dentistry, connects well with families, and wants a stable, long-term part-time home with people who back them.

The role

- Two clinical days per week to start, with real scope to grow as demand continues to build.

- Plus the option of one Saturday per month — reserved exclusively for scheduled treatments OR emergencies, so it's a focused, productive, well-planned day.

- Full general scope with a steady, loyal patient flow and a highly capable dental assisting and front-desk team supporting you.

- A collaborative, no-politics environment — we're director-led and clinician-first.

About you

- AHPRA registration (or eligible) as a Dentist.





- Experienced clinicians preferred — someone confident, patient-focused, and ready to step into busy books.

- Comfort or interest in extractions, smile makeovers, and implants is a real plus — preferred, but not essential. If you have these skills, there's plenty of appetite for them here. If you don't yet, we'll happily support the right person to grow into them.

- Warm, reliable, and genuinely good with patients — our community values that as much as clinical skill.
