Responsibilities
As a Maintenance Fitter, you will be responsible formaintaining Sydney Metro rolling stock to ensure safe, reliable and efficientoperations.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Performingpreventative and corrective maintenance.
- Diagnosingand troubleshooting mechanical faults.
- Maintainingequipment reliability and minimising downtime.
- Completingmaintenance documentation and reports.
- Followingall safety procedures and quality standards.
Your Profile
To besuccessful, you will have:
- Experiencein maintenance within industrial, manufacturing, rail, mining or heavy industryenvironments.
- Strongmechanical fault-finding and troubleshooting skills.
- Abilityto work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to complete a CAT 1 Rail Medical andother pre-employment checks.
Work Hours: Rotating shift roster on a 2 week cycle: Day (6 AM–2 PM),Afternoon (2 PM–10 PM), and Night (10 PM–6 AM)
Contract: 3-4 months
Location: Rouse Hill NSW 2155
