In this role, you will:

- Have an engaging personality and provide a warm and welcoming café environment for Residents, visitors and employees
- Increase loyalty and boost the café’s reputation through the provision of excellent menu items and service
- Develop menus to reflect the seasons and customer preference
- Train new employees and provide on-going training to all café team members
