Due to our continued growth, we are looking for a Family Law Assistant/Paralegal who will play a vital role in supporting a team of very experienced family lawyers. We offer a friendly and close knit team with a down to earth culture. This role involves:

Drafting and preparing legal documents and correspondence

Monthly billing

Managing family law files

Liaising with clients, courts and external stakeholders

Assisting with diary and calendar management, including scheduling appointments and court dates

Providing general administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the practice

Filing documents on the CommCourts Portal

We are looking for someone who has previous experience in a similar role, who is able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines, who is hard working, skilled, has a can do attitude and enjoys helping people through a difficult time.
