About the Role

As an educator at Cooma School for Early Learning, you will:

- Create a safe, inclusive and engaging environment for children aged 0–6 years
- Support children’s learning, development and wellbeing through meaningful play-based experiences
- Build warm, respectful relationships with children, families and colleagues
- Contribute to programming, observations and documentation
- Support daily routines and transitions in a calm and responsive way
- Work collaboratively within a positive and professional team environment
- Uphold child safe practices and contribute to a strong culture of child safety across the service

What You’ll Need

- ACECQA-approved Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or actively working towards either qualification)
- Current Working With Children Check
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications (or willing to obtain)
- Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework and child safe practices
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills




- A genuine passion for early childhood education and supporting children’s development
- Commitment to maintaining professional boundaries, child safety responsibilities and mandatory reporting obligations
