We are looking for a people person that can meet the needs of customers and enhance their car service experience. You will be the key link between the customer and motor vehicle technicians, ensuring customers receive professional, timely, and transparent service from booking to vehicle handover.
Duties include:
- Greeting customers when they arrive at service reception
- Managing the customer experience from booking, estimating repair costs, updating customer of work performed and processing invoices and payments
- Liaising with technicians to ensure timely completion of work
- Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and follow-up

What you have:
- Administration experience and sound computer skills
- Great time management ability
- Able to work within a team and autonomously
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
