Pure Property Management is looking for an energetic fulltime Commercial Property Manager with a great attitude to join our Northern Rivers team.

This role is responsible for the day-to-day management of a commercial property portfolio, including lease administration, arrears management, tenant liaison, maintenance coordination, and compliance. You will build robust tenant relationships, ensure assets are well maintained, and have the support of a local and National Team.

The ideal candidate is someone with previous commercial property experience either in an administration role or Property Management Role, strong communication skills, and high attention to detail. Even better if you have experience using Re-leased software.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in overseeing the day-to-day operations of commercial properties, including maintenance, tenant relations, and lease administration.
- Coordinate property maintenance and repair work with contractors and maintenance staff.
- Perform regular property inspections to ensure the premises are well-maintained and in compliance with safety regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of lease agreements, rent collection, and other financial transactions related to property management.
- Manage tenant relations, including addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
- Support the Licensee in preparing reports on property performance,



including financial statements and occupancy rates.
- Assist in marketing and advertising of available commercial spaces.
- Ensure that properties comply with all legal requirements and regulations.
- Keep up-to-date with market trends and property values in the area.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the property manager.

To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate the following:

- Hold a certificate of registration and be commitment to working towards obtaining NSW Class 2 License.
- Reliable Car and Driver's License
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- A willingness to learn and grow within the role.
