ORGANICA in Concord, Australia, is seeking a Duty Manager to run high-volume hospitality venues. You will lead large FoH and BoH teams, drive service standards, guest satisfaction and operational efficiency, and maintain health and food hygiene compliance.

We’re looking for proven management experience, solid leadership and communication, and the ability to stay calm under pressure while mentoring teams. Part-time role with immediate start and opportunities for career progression.
