Corrections Victoria is seeking Case Managers in the Court Practice stream to apply evidence-based case management with individuals at medium or high risk of reoffending. You will use targeted interventions to reduce risk and improve rehabilitation outcomes.
This is a full time role with some travel within the Barwon South West Region. You will produce reports, engage stakeholders and work in a small, close-knit team within Community Correctional Services.
