Job Description

Join us atNoble Park OSHClub, as anOSHClub Coordinatorand lead a team of passionate Educators while making a real impact on the lives of children! This permanent, part-time role offers25hours per week, including 4 non-contact admin hours.

You’ll work across split shifts, Monday to Friday: 7.00 - 9.00am (Rise then Shine)3:00-6:00pm (Stay and Play) 7:00am - 6:00pm (School Holiday Program)

About the role

As an OSHClub Coordinator,



you’ll be leading a team of passionate Educators and overseeing an engaging before- and after-school program for children aged 5-12 years. This role is all about leadership:

- You’ll create and lead a dynamic, child-centered program, filled with exciting activities like STEM, sports, cooking, arts and crafts—all designed to inspire and engage.
- You’ll take full ownership of your team’s roster, manage day-to-day operations, ensure compliance, and handle admin tasks—all while fostering an environment of teamwork and growth.

With mentorship from regional managers and support from a dedicated office team, you’ll have everything you need to develop your leadership skills and make a real impact.

Qualifications

Who we are looking for?

If you have a passion for supporting children, we’d love to hear from you! Here’s what we’re looking for:

- A natural leader who enjoys guiding a team and helping others grow.
- Solid communication skills—you’ll be leading by example!
- A team player who inspires others and encourages growth.
- You have (or are willing to obtain) a National Police Check and Working with Children Check.
- Australian work rights.
- A relevant Diploma qualification as per ACECQA.
- National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding
