The Job:

As theOrder Planner, you’ll get to:

- Manage the day-to-day release of set order run times across all order divisions.

- Control Order Planner administrative functions, including emails and liaison with Customer Service, Commercial, and DC Management.

- Manage and maintain the export process from order release through to dispatch.

- Ensure a high level of effective departmental planning.

- Support other functions within the administration team, including DC Support.

- Contribute to the smooth and productive operation of the ANZ Operations team onsite at the Keysborough Distribution Centre.

About You:

- You have previous experience in a similar role.

- You have previous experience using a warehouse management system.

- You have experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.





- You have the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

- You are able to work unsupervised and manage your responsibilities independently.

- You are able to commit to the afternoon shift, working 2:00pm to 10:36pm.
