What role will you play?

Reporting to the Head of Cyber Strategy and Culture, this role is responsible for developing and implementing learning programs to enhance security culture across the organisation globally.

You will partner with stakeholders across the business to identify learning needs, translate technical concepts into accessible and impactful learning solutions, and deliver a mix of annual awareness training and new learning initiatives through digital and instructor-led channels.

What you offer

- Experience in designing, developing and delivering learning programs for diverse audiences in a corporate environment
- Experience with learning technologies and platforms, including tools such as Articulate 360.
- Ability to partner with stakeholders to identify learning needs and translate business requirements into effective learning solutions
- Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills.
- Proven ability to simplify complex or technical concepts and tailor content for different audiences
- Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Strong instructional design capability, including experience developing e-learning content, defining learning objectives and creating storyboards.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity concepts, security awareness or culture programs is advantageous but not essential.
