ACLE Services is seeking a motivated and skilled Piling Supervisor to join our growing team in Yoogali, NSW, contributing to the successful delivery of industry-leading solar farm projects through the safe and efficient supervision of piling operations.

Primary Objective

The Piling Supervisor is responsible for supervising daily piling operations on utility-scale solar farm construction projects. The role coordinates labour, plant, materials and subcontractors to ensure piling activities are completed safely, efficiently and in accordance with engineering drawings, project specifications and quality standards. The position assists the Site Manager with planning, organising and monitoring construction activities on site.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Supervise daily piling operations and coordinate multiple piling crews on site.
- Assist the Site Manager in planning and organising construction activities and work programs.
- Coordinate labour, plant, equipment and materials to maintain efficient site operations.
- Interpret engineering drawings, specifications and construction documentation to ensure works are completed correctly.
- Monitor piling works to ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards and approved construction methods.
- Inspect completed piling works and construction materials to verify compliance with drawings, specifications and project requirements.




- Coordinate with survey personnel to ensure accurate pile set-out and positioning.
- Estimate labour, equipment and material requirements for scheduled construction activities.
- Monitor construction progress and report daily production, quality outcomes and site activities.
- Ensure Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS), company procedures and WHS requirements are followed by all site personnel.
- Identify construction issues and assist the Site Manager in implementing practical solutions to minimise delays.
- Coordinate equipment availability with maintenance personnel to support continuous construction activities.
- Liaise with engineers, surveyors and site supervisors regarding construction sequencing and technical requirements.
- Maintain accurate site records, inspection reports, quality documentation and production data.
- Assist with the induction, supervision and on-the-job training of piling operators and labourers.

Qualifications & Experience

- Experience supervising piling, civil or structural construction activities.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and construction specifications.
- Sound knowledge of construction methods, site supervision and quality assurance.
- Experience coordinating construction labour, plant and materials.




- Robust understanding of Work Health and Safety requirements.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to prepare site records and production reports.

Desirable

- Previous experience managing piling operations on solar farm, renewable energy, civil infrastructure or large-scale construction projects.
- Experience with driven piles, screw piles, bored piles or other foundation installation systems.
- Basic surveying knowledge and experience with set-out verification and construction measurements.
- Experience supporting construction planning, resource forecasting and project scheduling activities.
- Familiarity with quality management systems, inspection and test plans (ITPs) and construction compliance documentation.
- Current construction industry licences and tickets relevant to site supervision roles.

Annual Salary Range from $ 110,000 - $130,000 (Excluding Super)
