Chandler Macleod are seeking reliable and efficient warehouse associates to join our team on the morning and afternoon shiftworking as a Voice Picker. You’ll play a key role in the end-to-end order fulfillment process, working in a fast-paced setting that values safety, accuracy, and teamwork.

The warehouse is located in Erskine Park and there is ample car parking available onsite.

Key Responsibilities

- Use a voice‑directed picking system (headset) to receive real‑time instructions.
- Voice Picking - Pallet Rider MHE
- Navigate aisles and accurately pick items for customer orders.
- Report product or inventory discrepancies to supervisors.
- Maintain productivity targets while ensuring high accuracy and safety.

What We’re Looking For

- Previous experience in a warehouse, pick/pack, or palletising role preferred but not required.
- Physically fit and able to lift, bend, and stand for long periods (up to 8-10 hours).




- Able to work in a fast‑paced team environment with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable using voice picking systems and handling repetitive tasks.
- Available to work AM or PM shiftsacross weekdays and weekends.

What We Offer

- $39+per hour for AM shift (PM shift higher rate)
- MUSTbe available 5 days a week ( including Mon, Fri and Sat)
- AM Shift:5am start
- • PM Shift: 1.45pm start
- On the job training provided
