Reporting to the District Manager, you will play a key role in building a positive team culture, developing future talent, and ensuring operational excellence across all areas of the store.

- Recruit, Develop & Retain Talent: Hire, train, and empower associates to grow and succeed.
- Drive Results: Execute plans to hit key performance indicators and exceed profit goals.
- Create Connections: Build brand loyalty through authentic, personalized customer interactions.
- Set the Standard: Ensure visual merchandising and operational excellence across the store.
- Be the Expert: Share product knowledge and teach your team how to elevate every customer interaction.
- Manage Rosters: Create and manage efficient schedules to meet business needs while supporting work-life balance.
- Sales & Budget Accountability: Monitor daily, weekly,



and monthly sales performance, ensuring targets and budgets are met.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee inventory management, shrinkage control, and compliance with company policies.
- Strategic Planning: Analyze store performance and implement action plans to maximize profitability.

What We’re Looking For

- Proven leadership experience (2+ years) in a customer-facing retail or sales environment.
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to achieve sales, wage, and profitability targets.
- Experience with roster management, inventory control, and operational excellence.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- A customer-first mindset with a passion for creating outstanding experiences.
- Solid problem-solving, decision-making, and organisational skills.
- High levels of integrity, accountability, and professionalism.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving retail environment.
- Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including weekends and peak trading periods.
