The successful candidate will be responsible for managing retail operations, leading staff, maintaining high product quality standards, controlling inventory, and driving sales growth while ensuring excellent customer service.

Exposure to a dynamic wholesale and retail industry with growth opportunities. Task & responsibilities Manage daily retail store operations and ensure smooth business performance. Lead, motivate, and supervise retail staff to achieve sales and service targets.

Monitor inventory levels, coordinate stock replenishment, and minimize waste. Ensure fresh produce quality standards are consistently maintained. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.

Monitor pricing, promotions, and market trends within the fresh produce sector. Maintain compliance with food safety, health, and workplace regulations.



Build and maintain solid relationships with customers and suppliers.

Prepare sales reports, budgets, and operational performance reviews. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally. Qualification & experience Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably within the fresh produce, grocery, food retail, or wholesale industry.

Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Sound knowledge of inventory management and stock control.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet business targets. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail management systems.
