Buildsafe Australia is seeking a Scheduler/Customer Service Coordinator to join our Keysborough head office, coordinating work for branches across Victoria.

You will engage with customers by phone and email, arrange bookings, liaise with Branch Managers and installers, and help ensure trucks arrive on site with the right products.

The role offers a Monday–Friday structure, onsite work, ongoing training, and a supportive small team workplace.
