Design & Build Recruitment – Sydney CBD NSW

We’re partnering with a growing fit-out and refurbishment business in Sydney CBD to find a creative bid designer to support with their submissions across NSW and Victoria.

What You'll Be Doing

- Partner with the Estimating team and Directors to prepare compelling tenders, EOIs, capability statements and clientpresentations.
- Lead the visual design, layout and presentation of submission documents.
- Create graphics, diagrams, project imagery and ensure all documentation is professionally presented
- Translate concepts and ideas into clear, engaging and practical visual solutions.
- Build strong relationships with clients, consultants and project stakeholders.
- Represent the business professionally throughout the tender and pre-construction process.
- Contribute positively to a collaborative, energetic and high-performing team environment.
- Take ownership of your work and play a key role in the ongoing evolution of the design and submissions function.

What We're Looking For

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
- Strong visual communication and document design skills.
- Ability to present information clearly, professionally and persuasively.
- Robust organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
