Care for Kindies Kindergarten – Leppington NSW

Care for Kindies Kindergarten is seeking a passionate and qualified Full Time or Part Time Early Childhood Educator to join our team in Leppington, NSW. This position is to join our team on a temporary basis to cover a Parental Leave period. As a member of our childcare centre, you will play a crucial role in shaping the development and well being of young children in our care.

What you'll be doing

Providing high-quality early childhood education and care to children aged 0-5 years

Planning and implementing engaging, developmentally appropriate learning activities

Observing and documenting children's progress to inform individualised learning plans

Ensuring a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment that promotes children's physical, social, emotional, and cognitive growth

Building robust relationships with children and their families

Collaborating with the teaching team to continually improve our educational programs

Adhering to all relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

What we’re looking for

Certificate 3 in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent qualification

Proven experience as an early childhood educator,



preferably in a long day care or preschool setting

Excellent knowledge of child development, early learning frameworks, and pedagogical practices

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with children, families, and colleagues

Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

Genuine passion for making a positive difference in the lives of young children

Current First Aid certification, including CPR and Anaphylaxis management

Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
