Our client located in the south western suburbs is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisorto join their team.The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the quality, accuracy, put-away and system integrity of raw materials for the NSW operations team.

The Role

Reporting to the NSW Inventory Manager this position is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the warehouse including the management of a team. The key responsibilities include weekly cycle counting of raw materials ensuring system integrity and accuracy as scheduled and directed by management, coordination of full stock take as scheduled and directed by management, supervision of warehouse staff, ensure employees are trained, motivated and productive adhering to WHS guidelines and ensure systems and processes are being followed in accordance with established company processes.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements





Ability to motivate and lead a team

Superior time management and organisational skills

Demonstrated ability to work flexibly within tight time schedules and in accordance with variable workload demands

Demonstrated flexibility and the ability to adapt to new situations and challenges quickly

Proven warehouse supervisory experience in a rapid-paced busy environment

A current forklift licence is essential

The successful candidate will display and promote a strong commitment to safety across the site, including compliance to ensure product and service quality, and develop and maintain a highly professional and productive environment which consistently demonstrates high levels of customer service.
