Allara Support Services is seeking Compassionate Support Workers for Bathurst and Lithgow sites to deliver high-intensity assistance to NDIS participants. You will provide personal care, daily living support, and medication administration across 3 one-bedroom and 2 two-bedroom villas, with 24/7 onsite coverage and transport assistance.

We welcome applicants with relevant qualifications, WWCC/NDIS checks, and robust English communication skills.
