Senior Garden Maintenance Team Member

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll spend your days making Sydney greener, tidier and a little more beautiful by:

- Mowing lawns (yes, the lines matter!)
- Edging, pruning, hedging and giving gardens a fresh new look
- Weeding, mulching and keeping gardens healthy
- Assisting with new garden installations and landscape maintenance
- Safely operating a range of gardening equipment and machinery
- Providing friendly, professional service to our clients
- Working with a great team that enjoys getting the job done properly
- Following workplace health and safety procedures (because fingers are useful)

What We’re Looking For

You don’t need to know every plant in the Southern Hemisphere, but you should have:

- 2 years' plus experience in professional garden maintenance or landscaping
- A strong work ethic and attention to detail




- Good physical fitness—you’ll definitely get your steps in!
- A current Australian C Class driver’s licence (manual driving experience is a bonus)
- Great communication and customer service skills
- A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
- Reliability—we love surprises in gardens, not on the roster
