Our client, a privately owned property investment and asset management business, seeks an experienced Property Manager to oversee a neighbourhood shopping centre in Hervey Bay.
You will manage day-to-day operations, build solid tenant relationships and ensure the asset remains well presented and compliant.
Based on site, you will coordinate maintenance, supervise contractors, assist with budgeting and reporting to the Asset Manager, and play a key role in long-term value creation.
