Wade's Geelong Motorcycles is one of Victoria's fastest-growing motorcycle dealerships, currently representing Yamaha, Honda and KTM.

We are expanding our retail presence in Geelong to support new premium motorcycle brands joining our dealership.

We are seeking a Senior Motorcycle Sales Executive to become the face of this expansion and play a key role in shaping the next chapter of our business.

About The Role

Reporting directly to the Dealer Principal, you will take ownership of day-to-day showroom operations and be responsible for delivering outstanding customer experiences from first enquiry through to delivery.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Selling new and used motorcycles
- Managing customer enquiries and lead follow-up via dealership software and CRM
- Conducting test rides and demonstrations
- Appraising trade-ins
- Arranging finance and insurance quotes
- Maximising accessory and apparel attachment opportunities
- Building long-term customer relationships
- Assisting with dealership events and customer ride days

This is a hands-on role where initiative, professionalism and personal accountability are highly valued.

About You

We are looking for a motivated professional who can work independently and deliver results without constant supervision.

You will ideally possess:

- Previous motorcycle, automotive or powersports sales experience




- Strong customer service and relationship‑building skills
- High levels of organisation and self‑motivation
- Strong computer and CRM skills
- A genuine interest in motorcycles and riding culture
- Experience with premium motorcycle brands, automotive sales, marine sales, caravans or other high‑value discretionary purchases will be highly regarded.

A motorcycle licence is required for this role.
