As the HRIS and Reporting Analyst for Baw Baw Shire Council, you will deliver high-quality people reporting, maintain and enhance HRIS and payroll systems, and drive continuous improvement across People & Culture.
You will develop workforce dashboards and insights to support decision-making, ensure data integrity, and collaborate with leaders, employees and vendors to streamline processes and improve the employee experience.
