DNA Recruitment are partnering with a Council in the South of Melbourne to recruit for a Business Support Officer role. As an emerging leader within the Melbourne recruitment scene, our DNA team thrives on ensuring the success of our local government clients through the placement of only the right people, because supporting business is in our DNA. This role provides administrative support to a local government department on a short term contract with a view to ongoing work.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Provide high-quality administrative support to the business unit




- Utilise internal knowledge base and database systems to seek and maintain customer information including producing reports when required
- Demonstrate a high level of customer service during all touch points with internal and external customers

ABOUT YOU

- A positive, confident and enthusiastic attitude.
- Attention to detail with a focus on customer service.
- Strong administrative skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office packages.
- Ideally you will have some experience and knowledge of Council systems including Pathway, Technology One, TRIM.

WORKING HOURS & AVAILABILITY

- Immediate availability for temporary contract work
- Working hours can vary Mon to Fri > 7:00am to 3pm or 9:00am to 5:00pm
